Four variants, narrowing down
A quick update on how changes are going. I have narrowed it down to four variants that are similar, but different expressions of the same thing.
Four variants, the team's feedback, and the slow narrowing towards one direction.

A quick update on how changes are going. I have narrowed it down to four variants that are similar, but different expressions of the same thing.
This first variant is closest to the current site. I took Dani's feedback video, created a transcript from it, uploaded that, and used it to improve the site based on her feedback.
This one was riffing with CodeYam and Claude on getting more editorial, a little more magazine-like, and more interesting visually. There are tweaks I would still want. The bar works really well for the first module but not as well later on, where it is half transparent and half not. Workable, though.
This is the one I have been most excited about and have had the hardest time nailing. It is busier than I normally go for, but the goal was to have the cursor right in the details and the background rotating, then different modules with different details as you scroll. The copy still needs work, and some of these detail photos are oddly cropped.
Finally this is a simplified version, a little more basic, riffing on the same themes and trying to be clearer.
I am leaning towards one of the two newer variants, depending on how much I can clean it up, and maybe number three. I have been updating some of the URLs to make the data feel more real, and I will share this back to Dani and Jared to get feedback from a design and a development point of view.
One thing I have done from a prompting standpoint is to get more specific and iterative with feedback. I gave Claude access to a local folder of images, which is where those came from. I took them out of my photos app and put them in a folder on my desktop, and have been going back and forth from there.
