CodeYam Counter Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Nod Labs, Inc. (“CodeYam”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles information in connection with the CodeYam Counter mobile application (the “App”).

1. The short version

CodeYam Counter collects no data. The App has no accounts, no sign-in, and makes no network requests. Everything you create in the App — your counters, their names and colors, their history, and your settings — is stored only on your device. We never see it, and it is never transmitted to us or to any third party.

2. Information we collect

None. We do not collect, store, or process any personal information through the App. Specifically, the App does not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, device identifiers, usage analytics, or advertising identifiers.

3. Data stored on your device

The App saves your counters, count histories, and preferences locally on your device (using the operating system's standard on-device storage). This data never leaves your device through the App. It is included in your device's own backups if you have those enabled (for example, iCloud or encrypted local backups), and those backups are governed by Apple's privacy policy, not ours. You can remove all of this data at any time by deleting the App.

4. No third parties, tracking, or advertising

The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software development kits. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell or share any information, because we do not collect any in the first place.

5. Children's privacy

Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children. The App is safe for users of all ages in this respect.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will publish the updated version here with a new effective date.
