Validate Before You Build a Single Screen
The cheapest MVP isn't an app. It's a conversation.
Before you touch any tool, do this first. Talk to ten people who actually have the problem you want to solve, not your friends, not your family, real strangers in that situation. Don't pitch your idea. Ask about their problem: how they deal with it today, what they've tried, how much it bothers them. If they're not actively frustrated, that's a signal. Next, build a one-page landing site describing your idea, with a button that says "Get early access," and put ten dollars behind it on social media. If nobody clicks, that's real information, and it cost you an afternoon, not three months. This is called a fake door test, and it's the most underused trick in the entire vibe coding world. People skip it because talking to strangers feels slower than building. It's not. It's the fastest step in the whole process.
